94 integra sunroof question

My sunroof doesnt work and hasnt since i bought the car,checked fuses they look good,i checked out the switch and when i pulled it out i found the green wire with red line was cut and not connected so i reconnected the wire and still nothing so i was wondering why? why would someone do this? maybe because the switch was messed up and got stuck either running the motor closed or opened constantly? but regardless my sunroof still does not work any suggestions of where to diagnose next short of pulling the headliner off?

no i dont hear any click does it have its own relay? because my horn doesnt work and when i push my horn button i hear a click

might as well plan a day and take the sunroof down and replace it, sells for $50 or so all day.. just to get the sunroof problem solve and work ur way towards the electrical problem is any ..
