Totalled Car Thread

Lets post pics of our past mistakes and a detailed story to go along with :goodjob:

I'll start

Here's a pic of my 1998 Malibu, i know it isn't much, but it was only $500!!! So im at my friend Sam's house and she isnt having a good day so i decide to take her to Zaxaby's in Winder. Well along the way, right in front of Sonic's i rear ended a red S-10, which rolls in to some Isuzu pick up and then that bumped, apparently his dad, in a early 90s Chevy pick up. Well needless to say my shit is totaled but is now replaced by a 1992 Caprice :goodjob:

Luckily no one was hurt, just pissed. But she was still running after the wreck, but my dad said it would just be best to take the $1500 check from insurance. Which we did and this what i got,

well my mom got tired of drivein her van and choice to take my tibby for a drive while i was asleep 2 to cobb pkwy and 41 and some guy in a truck drivein to fast hit the back of it

So in the Family Ride (05' Stratus) taking my Fiancee to work with my (4 months old) daughter in the car seat in right rear passenger seat....Came to a complete stop & then 2 cars in front of my making left hand turn, going to a mexican store on hwy. 78 in Lithia Springs, looked up in my rear view mirror (saying- SHIT:eek: , baby hold on this is going to hurt) got slammed at 70 mph by a bubble Buick, on the right rear passenger side & slung forward into a Taurus....Got lucky, could have been way worse, but it was a total loss at $9, 250 & kbb value of car was $9,500 so it was TOTALED :2up: .... Got paid though :bump: after treatment & doctor bills started flowing in....

Yeahhh, my knee was pretty messed up, had a mild concussion, alots of road rash, still pulling glass out of my arm/leg, had to stitch up my arm, my knee has a nice scar where there wasn't enough skin to stitch it up, lost alot of blood... Overall I consider myself EXTREMELY lucky, if the seatbelt would have snapped I would have been thrown out of the car, and would likely be dead, it kept me close to the car, and while it was flipping I remember fighting to stay inside the car (Door got ripped open by a telephone pole before the car flipped).

Honestly, I wasn't "racing" just playing around with my buddy, a piece of the ring gear had splintered off (no telling how long before this), got in a bind, locked it up, and I went for a ride at about 135mph.

i was coming back from the gas station picking up some ice for my girls softball team i turned on my blinker, got in the turning lane, a car was coming but i had time to make it in so i started to make a left turn into SCRA at about 5 mph when the dumbass in a duramax 2500 that wanted to make a left out of SCRA decides when im in front of him is a good time to step on the gas and try to pull out and t-bones the shit out of me. his excuss was i saw him coming but i thought he was farther down the road and thought i had time to pull out. I never got pics of the car at the accident but i did when i went to go strip it down for parts. and people a SCRA got mad at me because i was mad that i got hit :rolleyes:

Oh on a side not i had this car for 2 months and had put $2,000 into it before the zipper head decided to hit me :2up: :2up: :2up:

And i always thought this picture was cool this hi how they moved the cars around :lmfao:
