i was wondering if anyone had any ideas of how i could stiffen up my suspension so its not as bouncy..

You need to tell the setup you have to get a good answer.

Maybe your suspension is too bouncy because it is too stiff....

or maybe its WAYYY to low on insufficient springs.

you need new struts and coilovers, that way you can adjust them to wherever you want

i think i figured out the problem guys, thanks! reps to all..

ive got "malley" or somethin coilovers "cheap but not too cheap" and tokico shocks.. they came with the car, and it was actually a very smooth ride for a while.. i just recently got new wheels and lowered it about 2"..maybe a little more, and it seemed fine untill i got on the hwy to go to class.. and it was constant bouncing.. so im thinking i may have blown out a shock or strut? anyways, i cant rly look at it now cuz my fuel pump is dead and i cant get it in the garage

haha, course not! :rolleyes: im just gonna have to look like i have hydrolics when i hit a bump for a while, i cant afford 2 new shocks rite now...my coilovers are stiff.. i like them alot and they werent expensive..

this sux.. :doh:

try to cut the bumpstops down....its temporary but it wont bounce AS much.

how is my setup fake? i already found out my problem and before my front left shock blew out i rode smoother than most people as low as i am, 2 new shocks and some new bumpstops and ill be set ...
