Room for rent at only $350 a month. + 1/3 utilities
We are expecting a kid in December, so if you are fine with that it's all good, otherwise you are welcome to rent until December. Must be fine with pets and not have a dog, but a cat could likely be ok. Great convenient location in the City of Atlanta.
Front screened in porch with swing, rear fenced yard with large wooden deck. Hardwood floors throughout and tile in kitchen and bathroom. Washer and Dryer on site. Central heat and air, your room and the whole house has tall ceilings.
