Your pictures always look great.

Is it skill, camera, combination of both?

if you don't mind telling, what type of camera do you use?

if you don't mind telling, what type of camera do you use? Those were taken with a Canon XTi and the $75 50mm f/1.8 lens.

Every single photo is ALL about the lighting. Just as Ansel Adams says, "A good photograph is knowing where to stand." You shoot a car from one direction then go to the other side and the shadows and reflections will look completely different...the lighting will make or break a photo.

The camera doesn't really doesn't matter when it comes to small web sized images, it's knowing how to use it as a tool to capture what you see...

That makes sense about the lighting. The fact that the camera doesn'treally matter makes me feel better. I suppose I just have to keep practicing and fooling around with it. Thanks for the info. :goodjob:
