From VWVortex..I love the movie Tucker

This one is kind of cool. It is an exact reproduction of an original Tucker sales brochure that I picked up years ago, when stuff like this was cheap. It's printed on the same heavy stock paper as the original, and is in a "gatefold" layout, sort of like an old-fashioned roadmap. So, it's a bit "mosaic-ish", but that's the only way the scan would work, so use your imagination. :)

Wow, no wonder only 51 cars were built before they went under lolol!

"Undercowl is spacious safety chamber, protected by steel bulk-heads, which driver and front seat occupant can drop into in a split second, in case of impending collision."

Quoted exactly, no i didn't make a grammar error either lol!

Link writes it might be real prototype or it might be a custom.

I think custom.

Haha "A Word to Women"...really speaks for its age.

The Tucker Torpedo really was an incredible car. It's unfortunate that most things that are so far ahead of their time never do too well.

Awesome machine though, and a great story behind the company too.

Ahead of it's time, and some manufactures can't even match this today!
