YOU WILL BE REPPED. I NEED IT ASAP. I'd figured I'd post on this section since its where the most traffic is..

To spice it up, here is a funny joke:

There was this construction worker on the 3rd floor of this unfinished building. He needed a hand saw, but was too lazy to go down and get it himself, so he tried to call his fellow worker on the ground to get it for him, but this guy could not hear a word he said. So he started to give a sign so the guy on the ground could understand him.
So first he pointed at his eyes (meaning "I") then pointed at his knees (meaning "need"), and moved his hand back and forth describing the movement of a hand saw.
Finally the guy on the ground started nodding his head like he understood and dropped his pants and started to jack off. The guy on the 3rd floor got pissed and ran down to the ground and started yelling at this guy: "You idiot, I was trying to say, I need a hand saw". The other guy replied: "I know, I was trying to tell you that "I am coming...".

Thank you so much barefoot!! REPPED. I love you dude...:D

I KNEW IT! Fucking odometer was rolled back...Shit....Last odometer reading reported was 147k but I purchased at 100k. I should have ran a carfax before I bought it.

Any of you guys been in this situation? How do I go about reporting this because I know its against the law to rollback the odometer.

^It should say on the title if it has been rolled back.

Yea, but the bastard put exempt in the odometer field for the title. I knew something was up when I saw that.

^All 10yrs and older vehicles should be listed as exempt.

Really? Ohh...I never knew that...Haha..Thanks for the info! But yea the car was last serviced at 147k and I bought it with 100k on it. It drives fine however I got ripped off by 47k miles and a couple of hundred bucks. I need my money back. Who should I report this to? I will contact the seller shortly.

Once exempt has been written on the 10yr+ title, then there is nothing you can do about it.

Damn...this sucks...I talked to a couple of people, one of which is an assistant attorney general. He said....

"Just because the seller does not have to certify the mileage on so-called ‘exempt’ cars, that does not give him the right to roll back odometers".

"we will prosecute anyone who tries to skirt the law by rolling back odometers on vehicles of any age"

I'll keep yall posted. I love the car but I want some of my money back. I over paid by an estimated $900-1000 bucks.
