Used, but in EXCELLENT working condition. The pics below show the scratches on the back, top, and bottom. New covers (if you want) go for $5-$10 at the mall. Again, I have had ZERO problems from this phone; no freezing, battery faults, or screen issues.

You will receive: Phone, SD card, Headset, Data Cable, Car Charger, Home Charger, BlackBerry Software CD, and Hip Case.
