So Lotus of Atlanta invited Lotus owners/enthusiasts to come take a gander at the Evora today. They are great. They put out some cheese and crackers and a really good strawberry drink thing. There were two Evora's there. One was red, one black. If you don't know about this car, its supposed to be a 911 competitor- ie a backseat, however i couldn't imagine anyone over 3 feet tall sitting in the back. but its pretty nice anyway - the dash and all that is pretty snazzy.
These pictures are in no specific order. also keep in mind none were edited - only resized. Don't go bitchin about the pictures, i don't care what you think (major motion).

there are like 3 in the country. no. they don't come out until 2011 i think.
I really like the aesthetics of it, and I'm sure it has the power to go with it. great pictures. reps+

I saw both those yesterday on their way to Atlanta. We both got on 85 south from Duluth Highway. They looked sick has hell. I knew it had to be some kind of presentation/official test drive cause they had 2 business-oriented people in both cars. The one driving the black one was more agressive with it.

said by a friend of a friend who was there with us.
Little more info: the black one did not have the rear seat option, just a parcel shelf. It also has the forged wheel option where the red one has the standard wheels. Both wheels are available in silver or dark grey. We were told that the forged wheels are 7 pounds lighter than the standard wheel. The red car also has the premium pack where the black one did not. Both are prototypes over here for engine calibration tuning.

I always loved the simplicity of a Lotus. Take the dash in this new one for example, barely more than what you need.
