need some help

i have b16a and i am blowing white smoke like crazy there is no water in the oil but water is running through the exhaust. someone tell me what i have done!! and what to do and what it may cost? also is it worth to go ahead and build? let me know if there is anything that i can tell you to help me?

Is your oil low on the dip stick? Or how about coolant level?

it is running hot but oil is good
the coolant was low
seems to be water in the exhaust

blown headgasket, do a compression test.

thanks im gonna try and come by there this sat. to see your shop, been wantin to go up there for a while. and also i dont have a way to get the car to your shop. but ill figure something out.
