WTB: D series exhaust manifold (OEM)

I need an exhaust manifold to fit a 96-98 Civic D series motor non-vtec. You know, the one that has the cat as part of the manifold. I know there must be some of you with them sitting around in your garage/basement.

It only need OEM. I don't need tuner stuff.

Really? nobody has a stock exhaust manifold? I know there are 1 million of you that bought ebay headers for your cars and have this laying around.
