Evo VIII springs help

Ok guys I am wanting to lower the Evo... problem is I have no idea what springs to roll with. I just want some springs that will do me a good and won't give me any problems. I have a guy that wants to sell the Tein H-Tech springs for $80, but I'm not sure. So help me out guys...
