Well its not really a first date its like the 4th well 5th now. Yesterday night we just ended up watching a movie at my house. After that(I let her drive my car big mistake..she was having too much fun)we went to waffle house and ate. we were driving out of waffle house and the road waffle house is off of has a median. It was pretty dark so i guess she couldn't see and turned into the turning lane of the oncoming road thinking it was the right lane. I started freaking out:eek: but luckily no traffic and she just turned around...lol
She ended up staying at my house for the night.:goodjob:
But i am looking for new shit she hasn't done. The mile range really doesn't matter too much as long as its worth the trip. Price range is about 30 and below for right now.

I would say it depends on what you like to do. I used to be the type that would pick a place based on what the girl liked to do, but now I chose what I like and make it fun. If she complains that it's not fun or she doesn't like it then you tell her cool, you chose the next date. Two things come out of that, you are almost guaranteed another night out and you get to see what she's really about. Another good source is to pick up a Creative Loafing and see what's going on around town. Some of my best dates have been:
Indoor rock Climbing- real competitive female so it was perfect.
Dialog in the Dark- more than $30, but we had a great time
Doing a Photoshoot with this one chick- 100% free
Various art exhibits
Home cooked meal
Camping on the beach

Real cliche, but nothing too wrong about that. I would recommend something like Real Chow Baby if you want to keep it low key. You make your own meal so they are guaranteed to have something you all would like. If you want to take it up a notch I would recommend One Midtown Kitchen or Cakes and Ale. They are two of my favorite spots.

Duct tape + ether = good time.
Movies/Dinner
Long drive between destinations are good too, so you leave room for talk (Or awkward silence)
EDIT::::::
Wow, without adding "lol" or "haha" anywhere in that post, I sound serious, like a rapist of something lol
I often cook dinner.. But you need to actually know how to cook up a decent meal!

Is it wrong that I actually busted out laughing at this?
Cooking a good meal is always a good idea, and can be real inexpensive.

I went with this chick down here in macon kayaking down the river. It was fun, only 20 a person for all day. Very calm water so if yall are beginners no prob. We just rode down the river and stopped every 20-30 min and took a dip in the water to stay cool.

Slightly different from OP's question, but along the same lines: any nice places around Duluth to just go and park? Sit in the car and check out the stars, or just anywhere to relax and have peace and quiet that isn't criminal trespass? I used to have a spot in a neighborhood under construction but that's not an option anymore.
