I have an hks ssqv bov that I bought off ebay and when I got it I could not get it to blow off. It may need rebuilt or may not I'm unsure. I painted it all black because it was scuffed up a bit but under the paint you can see that it is real hks. I want $70 for this as they are around 200 new.
