rack comes with 38" fairing, two bike rails and locks for everything.. mounting brackets fit DAs or DCs!

no lowballers this thing is in great shape and is pretty clean!

does the hooks in the rear arm rotate? or are they free suspending? i am trying to see if i can hook them onto my eg hatch....ive seen it done before but the rear hooks have to rotate or be removed and replaced with straps
