I still haven't recieved my J's exhaust, which they said would be here in April, that I ordered in Janurary from a company called GTmotoring.

http://www.gtmotoring.com/

Long story short, I'm like, "If its not here by next shipment, I'm gonna need my money back." Please keep in mind that I've been plenty patient with this company and the communication sucked! They would never return my PM's on the S2000 forums, and never return my phone calls after they said they would after looking into my shipment.

Well, this container came in last week, and my exhaust wasn't there. So, they refunded my money. Here's the PM:

Hi, sorry it has taken me an extra day to get back to you. I am still short handed here and honestly just desperate to get through the day and reach 50% of my work to do. So, please accept my sincerest appologies for the delay.

We have gone through all items and we did not recieve any s2000 exhausts in your spec. As i promised, i will refund your order if it did not arrive in this last shipment.

J's Racing inacurate lead times and the problems it has caused us with customer service is a serious issue to us and has lead to major problems on many fronts here for us. It is a matter we have taken seriously, and are currently addressing with the Japan office. We do not wish to have simular situations arise and tarnish ours or J's Racings name. For the moment, we are only clearing up all pending orders with J's Racing, and not accepting any new orders until a new agreement is reached to better service ours and our customers needs, mostly based around communication and trust.

Please provide me your paypal address you would like to be refunded to and any other details you may want included in the refund memo.

Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Greg

So basically, I waited 6 months for nothing.

But good news! I called up N1 Concept (http://www.n1concepts.com/), which is supposedly the largerst distributor of J's Racing products in America, and they said they could "overnight" one from Japan for me for only $120 more, and would get to my door in 2-3 days (assuming its in stock, but I doubt it because they make these exhuast by order and by hand)

Their customer service seems a lot better, and it sucks that I've had to wait this long for a freakin' exahust!

That is all.

Yea...

But, when you're buy JDM tight parts, expect a JDM tight wait...

Unless someone has them in stock in the states :ninja:

That is why I only stick to Evasive Motorsports or WOTM.

Good thing you got your money back. They could've easily said, you paid for your item and we can't cancel our order so now we are gonna be bigger dicks and charge you a re stocking fee for something we don't even have in our warehouse.

*cough*Andy'sAutoSport*cough*

My first and last experience with them.

^^psshahahahahaha. that was good.

i'm gonna agree with umairejaz, it seems they were trying to get the parts out, but having trouble. cause i'm sure no one wants to have a company running all kinds of fucked up.

Although you're not getting your exhaust, the situation still worked out favorably for you..They could have been dicks and kept your money and gave you the run around for 6 more months...Maybe you should try to find a used exhaust from one of the boards...

J's doesn't make anything for the Z. Only Hondas.

As nice as that excuse sounds, It's a Honda, is has no torque, which is what is needed to lose traction.

I on the other hand, never have traction, and my exhaust sounds nothing like that.

yeah man....hand made and from japan. waIting is to be expected, but 6 months is a bit over the edge. sounds sick if you ever get a hold of one though. i just cant convince myself to spend like $2k on an exhaust LOL.
