Also, what do you mean by turbo elbow welded to downpipe???

elbow needs to have a flange put on it so it can be connected to the downpipe
it was made from a metal plate and some tubing
it fits perfectly on the exhaust outlet side of the turbo, but needs to be connected to the downpipe
