There were 2 guys in the wtb section that wanted a front bumper, civic, 99-2000. I have a silver one and PM'd you guys about it. Its just taking up space in my garage. If you want it, its silver and has a few scratches from laying around, just needs to be repainted to match your cars color, no dents or cracks.
