Ok, I just swapped my friends 1994 integra rs with a gsr swap. Everything seemed fine till i cranked it. Started idling funny. Well it was a minor vacuum leak. Fixed it. Then the fuel pump went out. I replaced it. It was passing gas but still would crank. Then it went out again. So i just went and bought a brand new pump and still doesnt turn on when you open the igintion switch. I already changed ECUs and still i dont hear the pump turn on. What could it be?

Its pretty weird that u'd go through two fuel pumps though, somethings not right, possible wiring......

All grounds hooked up? Check all the fuses? Swap out the main relay?

corroded plugs/connectoins, bad ground ground, fried wire, fuse/relay.

Brian you couldnt even take off suspension off your Da, Better yet, you were bitching that the socket keeped on slipping.

Brian, please grow up. You aint got shit on me. You can write this on your to do list.

1. Learn to swap a motor..
2. Have a Fast Car
3. Beat Cherrios in his fast ass Built Ls/vtec Turbo

Step into reality, you couldn't beat a Si. I played with Si's, So what in the World would make you think your a B17A1 93 GSR is going to beat a B18C1 Gsr Hatch.

Believe me and fear me son.............

If you have a voltage meter check all the lines going from the fuel pump up to the ecu and make sure they all have power going to them.
