I can't believe...

I am actually gonna be a regular this morning on IA. And this early, too. I wake up to find out that I have a low-aired tire on the Bruick. So I head out to the closest gas station to "fill-er up," as the locals would say it. I get about a quarter mile down the road and realize that I can't make it, so I pull off to change to the spare. I end up having to walk back to the house to get the jack. and get the car off the ground. No sooner than I get the flat tire off the car, the jack falls(literally splitting in two) and the car falls with it, landing on the fucking rotor. Well, the rotor cracked in two. Shit. Now there's nothing I can do because, luckily, my grandparents and my Mom went to the house on St Simons for the next couple of weeks. So now I have to wait until the tire place opens up in a few hours. Oh well. A day won't hurt me. I still get paid, regardless. So with that said.......

Damn..that happened to me in the Audi also, I have no idea what caused it, but my jack didnt tear up, car just started sliding, luckily I held on to the door, and slowly let it go down, so nothing got damaged. Must have been a bad jack spot..

Uh-oh. Don't feel bad, my dad had to take my left rear tire to Some Tire store because HE picked up a nail, then wouldn't listen that my spare was low on air and found out only when i lowered the car again to find that it was indeed flat.
