needs new memory

Are there any problems with it? like over heating? Why was the RAM pulled? Im just asking these questions so I dont get a laptop that doesnt work.

Service tag is a 7 digit number.. with alpha and numeric.

Hey sorry about not getting back to you yesterday, but last question for me. Was the laptop working when you took it in to that guy to work on? Or was it dead before that?

I would make sure whoever is buying this laptop have some RAM on hand when you go to pick this up.

I say this because some of these people are my old customers wanting this laptop. So Im just watching out for them.
