Aight so in the next month or so I'm going to be looking for an apartment.

I was wondering who lives where?

About how much your rent is? what you like - don't like? You get the idea

Ideally I work in Tucker off hugh howell and don't want to drive too much in way too much traffic. it's gotta be safe. and I can't go paying outrageous prices.

All electric no gas saves a little. Also, make sure there is no community water bill for each building. Not sure about the prices now but nov/dec are the best months to look there are some killer specials.

You cant find a nice area with cheap prices. There are ups and downs. I pay $945 for 2 bdr in a nice area in Roswell. I could have saved $250-$300 but I like the nice area, and we ALL feel safer with our cars and well being.

I live in Akers Ridge in "Altanta". Akers mill the water wheel on 285 near Cobb Parkay. I pay WAY too much for for my place. The appliances are older than me. Upgraded ones are even more. It is verry safe and the management is top notch but again way overpriced in my opinion. My rent plus water trash and bullshit fees are over $800 a month on top of that my electric bill is another 40-80.

j00 can move into my neighborhood. Its central, near buckhead, and good people. Havent had any issues here.

2 Bedrooms 1bath is around 1000 for me a month. The Three Bedrooms if you plan on rooming can reach almost 2000 a month though.

yea i completely understand that the more money you pay the better stuff you get the safer you are... usually. I would be looking at a house, but my down payment just isn't there quite yet. So I figured I might try and look for a cheaper place so I can still keep putting money away.
