Well I've had this problem for sometime now, and just got to wondering whats wrong with this damn horn of mines. I tried putting a 20a fuse in (under the hood fuse box) and it still doesn't work. Put in a 96 integra air bag, and it still doesn't work. The horn button isn't broken, the horn does get power (used a test light) and I even replaced the horn. What do you guys think the problem is?

There should be two wires hooked to the horn, the one with no power is ground. Im not sure because im not lookin at it in person.

Did you replace the entire steering wheel or just the air bag portion?

That's the relay
Being able to hear it means the relay is functioning properly right?

Hearing the relay means the horn switch is working and there is power to the relay. Then you must check past that.

I replaced the steering wheel to. It's from a 95, I understand the air bags are different from a 96 to 95, but are the steering wheels different to?
