How many quarts of oil go in d16z6 turbo

The title says it all. The turbo is a gt28rs " disco potato" turbo if it matters... I'm just tryin to make sure I don't blow my engine. Got a bad memory.

I bought 4 I normally put 4 in I just had a jiffy lube shop say 3 1/2 and I'm glad I dumped in the other half qaurt

They do take 3.5 stock, but youve got to keep in mind that the turbo system uses a small portion of oil also, thats why i always run a .5qt extra.

3.7 quarts stock as my z6 takes, but you wanna make sure the turbo is happy and that one i could not tell you.
