Premier Elements 3.0 question

anyone use photoshop premier elements 3.0?
I have been using it to make simple movies and starting the other day, Ive been getting an error while trying to export to windows media. Its says that audio upmixing is not allowed. What does that mean and how do I fix it?

Try premier pro or after effects. But if you come here asking for cd keys your ass is grass. FYI.

eh, id rather find a solution to this issue rather than changing software. I have a legit copy and dont really feel like buying another version. But thanks for the recommendation though.

^ ok. i have no problem with that. google the exact error message that it gave you. dont bother with import atlanta, you will find better results with google.

I tried it, but the answers make no sense to me, haha. Im only just getting into photoshop so I dont really know what Im looking at.

from what I gathered on this site and others that I read, I needed to change my audio presets right? so I wasnt sure where it needed to be so I tried them all and none of them worked. :???:
