Yours is a ex you don't need to change your master cylinder or brake booster, but you will need to change your proportioning valve to a 40-40 one (dx and si are the same). You will need a 99-00 si e brake cables.

"but i think i would have to change the master cylinder, brake booster, and proportioning valve? "

Nope, just get the rear disks conversion from a 94- 01 integra and bolt them on. You only change all those listed above if you wanted your brakes to be shorter or more sensitive.

I recently did a rear disk conversion on my 97 dx civic and used the cables that came with my rear disks and it worked fine. The cables seemed a tad shorter than my stock ones, but they worked fine

I converted the brakes on my 88 dx turbo hatch with rear disc brakes off a 95 civic EX 4 door. Everything swaps right over and I used my factory e brake cables. You just have to adjust the cable in between the center console tighter, but everything else fits and operated just fine.
