LOL no it isnt, the license thing is a "per establishment" rule. The law states that if you're under 21 you cant buy alcohol, if you're over 21, you CAN buy alcohol. Just avoid the hassle and stop being cheap and renew your license when you turn 21. simple as that. But dont take my word for it. I only run a gas station and talk with the state about that all the time :rolleyes:
