People are trashing up the lot and the loud music is making customers complain and dispite the large number of people, not many of them are creating business on that night so please spread the word".

There you have it folks...the V is dead. Guess i'll be swinging by Summit in hopes that it'll take awhile for the shitsticks who have turned the V into a hole to show up...might be pretty decent for awhile! See you guys there!

You can't call off something that isn't even organized to begin with. The Varsity meet is like the full moon, someone can say they canceled it but the truth remains rain or shine, sleet or snow, it's going to happen as long as the 61 block of North Ave. is not a vat of smoldering hot lava...even then people will still drive their cars into it. They won't be able to stop themselves. There could be a shooting (knock on wood) and people would still show up the next month. A helicopter could crash in the middle of the parking lot and people of all colors from all over Atlanta will still park around it.

It's fact of life...or as the media would say, it's an organized street racing gathering where everyone drinks and does drugs and plots against the government.
