Looks like I am going to be needing to find an apartment in the Johns Creek or Alpharetta (Close to Johns Creek) area... anyone know if any nice ones that have 1 bedrooms for $600-$700 or even know anyone who manages any of them =)

i know of one place, i forgot the name but its at the inersection of abots bridge and 141 but there expensive! a buddy of mine lives in there with a 1 bedroom and pays about $1000 a month which is retarded

try the AMLI apartments off windward. i never hear anything problems with them on the police scanner. and they are nice... its windward what do you expect. lol but yes the ones that IEVO said Johns Creek Walk ZOMG are Nice. but yeah they are like 800-1000 for a single.

I was paying for one where mcginnes ferry makes a left and goes over 400 for 850. 2BR, connected garage and 1200+ living space.. I like it

I may be going to check out the Amli @ Old Milton tomorrow nightNOOOOO!!!!!!:no: :no: :no: :no: :no: not those please not those.... those apartments are right in my backyard... unless you get a garage. dont get one there. i hear shit on the police scanner all the time. its crime like woo in those. try the ones off windward if you look into any AMLI in the alpharetta area. maybe even the ones off northpoint next to the mall. old milton park i think they are called.

Lol true. Those are crazy prices though. Im looking into getting a loft or an apartment soon but I wont pay near 1k for an apartment unless it's a 2 bedroom and immaculate. My sis and her friend pay like 600 for a 2 bedroom in the nice apartments on New chastain Rd. in Kennesaw towards Towncenter. Alpharetta costs an arm and a leg to live their.
