5. OVER PROCESSED PHOTOS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THE WHOLE POINT IS TO USE YOUR CAMERA TO ITS FULLEST.

this was the same exact problem that happened last time someone wanted to have a contest. the first one went without a hitch - lots of entries. then come round two suddenly everyone forgets completely.
