I likes. Comment on Flat black is funny. I bought my bike from a college student in WV for $1000 also and when I started doing the bodywork and repairing I thought about flat black but no personality there. I guess flat black is suppose to means business.

Flat black is great, simply because it is really easy to touch up the paint. I've had a flat black older 600 efore, and it was easy to keep it looking decent. Wheels are another thing nice to have flat black - touchups are easy.

My first bike had white wheels. You'll never keep those wheels clean unless you wipe them off after every ride.

Tell me about it. I painted my wheels white and the front is nearly impossible. But it's ok, I still like the white.
Nice bikes to OP.
