Im rebuilding my 33cc beast viza viper scooter. The parts are cheap and its been sittin in my basement without the exhaust on it so theres all kinds of stuff in the cylinder. The only problem is how much do i torque stuff down? is there just a general small engine guide to help me or what. the engine is a Keyang KY-171 33cc
