My brother is getting rims for his prelude. Don't know much about wheels so just wanted to know what would be better, 17in or 18in?

On a prelude ( Especially the last gen body ) Id get 18's, The car is a larger car so 18's would look much better

Its a '95. He's going mainly for looks, but the ride can't be uncomfortable.

i ran 18's on my 4th gen and they were fine for me with some 215/35-18's just make sure he can drive....if not def go 17's cause on the 4th gens you will be riddin on rubber bands if you go 18's.....17's look very small on the 4th gens there are a few members on here who used to have 17's and upgraded....

If you are going mainly show, then go with the 18"s, they wont be uncomfortable unless you put a coilover system or a stiffened suspension. Just get a good set of springs and shocks if you go more than 2" in the drop. Also if you go mre, be sure to get a camber kit.

I already put coilovers in his lude. Drop is around 2-3 inches. He drives the lude everday to school (20 minute drive). So i just wanted to make sure that it wouldnt rub or be uncomfortable.

i'd run 17's if it's lowered that much on coils....

i thought the prelude's wheel well was too small for 18's
but I'd go with 17.
