Okay I have zfr5j11 in the car now, made by ngk...I want a colder plug, and in an iridium form. Must be ngk. Does anyone happen to know a part number??? Reps for an accurate answer :goodjob:

Iridium IX series BKR6EIX-11 (advance auto part # 3764) or laser iridium IFR6E11(#6741) These are for a b18c1 and d16y8. When I use to run nitrous I used the gsr plugs in copper for single cams or ls motors and you can also get them in a 7 (fits ITR)which for you would be two steps colder for your application.

Most Advance Auto Parts have a NGK book in their special order section. And it has a list of the part numbers along with their heat ranges listed out in them. I believe the same chart may be on the NGK website. If they don't have the book out in the special order section ask them if they have it in their catalog section in the back.

Yea, I used ngk's website to make sure that they have the same measurements and to see exactly what they fit. To the OP, if you go in advance auto and just ask for a colder plug, they usually have no clue. Just give them the part # and you'll be good.

just use ngk v-power plugs. iridiums are not going to gain anything for you. you can get the zfr plugs in colder as well. the civic gx (natural gas-came w/ colder plugs). or get plugs for 00 si (bkr6e).
