I am now willing to take legal action but do not know where would be the best place recommended to contact. I read through this list but am unsure on which department to contact.

As stated in my original feedback thread, upon receiving my refund I am willing to send some financial compensation to whoever helps me track down this gentlemen (In a safe, legal manner) to resolve this issue.

If not, I will simply give the police department both of their vehicles plates to find out where they were registered to.

If I were gonna file a police report against him, I would definitely mention all of that info. He can claim left and right that they were jokes, but they are in writing and the police have to take that seriously.

Was called back by the officer/investigator and because it was an online business transaction between citizens of 2 different states I will file the report in my hometown then they contact the appropriate PD that would be associated with the individual wherever he lives in ATL.

My patience has been tested, and after 4 months I believe my only option was to contact authorities.

Just finished organizing a report (containing pictures, key PM proving agreements on price and info, payment receipts, etc) and filing a report against Mark Ulysse and turning it all into a kind officer than came to my residence.

Just have to give the law some time now and see what occurs..
