Well, the ole Accord finally pooped out on me. :(


Coming home from work and all of a sudden, smoke filled the interior up.... Pull over, shut it off, get out and popped the hood. More smoke poured out with sounds of heavy pressured leakage from somewhere. I won't know what all is with wrong with it until tommorrow when dail light is out and I can fully inspect. But, guess I'm in a shit boat right at Christmas. :(

Got it all wrong, brosky. Just buy some plain ole muscle milk (Weigh protein). Drink it right before workout sessions and you will see results within 2 weeks. I mixed 2 scoops into one water bottle. Drank it as quick as I could without chuggin' it. Then instantly start hitting some reps.
