take the msd out. it's nothing but problem.

We need more info. what happens when you turn the key?? is it trying to crank? or it doesn't do anything. double check ALL your fuses too.

I would start with swaping that MSD for stock and go from there...

Could be a cam or crank position sensor.

so what your saying is you've got fuel, you must have air,the last thing you should check is spark(would have been the first cause msd is shit) imo

4 things you need are
air
fuel
spark
and timing(if you loose a belt i just spins really fast maybe pop some valves aswell)

Could be a cam or crank position sensor.

if those sensors are gone usually the car just runs in limp mode.super rich doesn't it.

Check the dizzy wires --- don't uninstall the MSD until you know that it's the problem. Usually heat kills those wires near the dizzy over time.

Could be a cam or crank position sensor.

if one of those went there would be a CEL on and the code would be stored.

did the Check engine light come on?

The check engine light is usually on with the ignition switched on and the engine off. He hasn't been able to start it, so we can't know if the CEL would stay on while it's running.

I know in BMWs, if a cam sensor goes, it may run; just very poorly with very hard starts. The crank position sensor is usually where electronic ignition systems get their references from. I don't know about Hondas and if they use electronic ignition modules or not. If they do, a failed crankshaft position sensor will probably shut it down.

you need a few more things other than those..and they are the main ones.
compression
combustion
