question about motor swap

so i have a 97 civic 4 door and im plannin to do a motor swap maybe a b20 or gsr swap????? i want to do the swap and past emission cause i live in Gwinnett. is there any sites or can anyone can point me the right direction to pass legitly?:thinking: :thinking: :thinking: :thinking: :thinking:

i was thinking about that just str8 obd2 swap but i wasnt too sure if i needed something else. all i want is just more power than the d motor
