you can sell for consumption, but then you have to drive after leaving the bar

Right - you can serve drinks, but not packaged alcohol to take home. They have some strange laws about this in NJ too.

you are still able to purchase it at some resturants on sundays. i know in lville you can and in atl you can as well. you just cant buy it from convienience stores i dont believe.

Bars and restaurants can serve on sundays as long as they sell more food than alcohol. Thats the rule.

I think there are a few things prohibiting alcohol sales. The christian thing is retarded because alcohol consumption on sunday has fuck all to do with church.

I have also heard that ALOT of bar /restaurant owners think they would lose a bunch of business if they went to selling on sundays. dont know if thats true or not.

I mean they sell cigarettes on sundays, why not beer. Makes no sense to me, but oh well
