depending on the side of town you live on try import experts, they have always done good work for me and several people i know, even on IA. he does a lot of work for boosted cars and i think will have a dyno shortly.

175 sounds awfully cheap for a complete build up i personally spend more time than that just measuring and checking and remeasuring after the machine shop they are only human and mistakes do happen i would be leary of that deal

No knock on your shop --- but what is their experience?? Is this an engine builder or a mechanic?? There is a HUGE difference.

My boy Cory can do it.... He built my motor and numerous of other motors!!
I can check with him and see when he can do. He will charge half of what a shop will charge and has VERY GREAT WORK and doesnt use anything but SNAP-On!!!

Proven time and time again... but just like any other shop has their haters as well and has blown up people's shit. :) It's not the mistakes that are made, it's owning up to that mistake and making it right:goodjob:
There isn't a shop in the country who has went faster than 15s who hasn't had things happen. :) You don't boycott McDonald's bc you got cold fries one day.:D
