thanks for the program.um i spent 530 for the camera kit and a 8gig HD memory card.i was my bday so some was paid for not all by me lol.ive been wanting a camera for a wile so decided this is a good time.but im in PA this weekend for a wedding and vacation so ill bee taking a shit ton of pics good and crapy im sure.

not trying to be a dick, but u could have gotten 1 off craigslist wit a 55-200mm lens for that much. also go out n buy a good tripod.

have fun wit it though. i love my D40, especially since i got my 55-200mm VR lens.
