Purely out of curiousity, has anyone ever built a scion worth bragging about???

Yeah, I haven't seen any tCs around here that are showing good numbers. The only one I know of that I really like from around here is Nismo's tC - http://www.importatlanta.com/forums/showthread.php?t=179904

There aren't alot of tC on ImportAtlanta that put down good numbers, with me being one of them...

...for the time being...:ninja:

There a tC that got a SWEET setup from Lethal Injection that putting out some good numbers, but I would have to search through www.scionlife.com to find it.

I doubt he's on IA though.

But what are you looking for and I can probably lead you in the right direction.

I'm looking for something that would make somebody look twice when i drive by.... My dd is a 94 toyota camry le(not much of a performance car). Chances are that this summer I'll have a gig at Toyota as a porter, why not use them to benefit myself. Scions are almost everywhere but there aren't too many SERIOUS scion tuners out there. Just wanted to see what i would be getting myself into if i were to go that route..... Feel free to throw other model cars out there!!!!!!

Well, with a personal vision and determination, you can make damn near anything make people look twice.

Just make sure that regardless of what route you go...you make it yours and do it right.

There's a guy that comes into Willy's for lunch about once a week who owns a tC. Carbon fiber hood, white body, and I think has some stuff done to his car. I believe he's on Scinergy-GA.

I can offer my opinion but thats just an opinion. I have a Injen CAI, DC sports header, Agency Power crank pulley, Meagen cat back 2.5" and it does pretty good for being a "camary powered corrolla" put a lil 50 shot on it and youll be in the mid to low 14's

We just finished one with a custom turbo kit on it. Nothing special but a pretty clean and fun car. I don't know what you mean by "bragging" but we doubled the power and torque (stock 146whp, turboed 288whp). The more I worked on it and drove it the more I like TC's.

First off, I want to thank and the Crew over at Lethal Injection Motorsports. Derrick for his mechanical expertise and visionary assistance. Dave for his Amazing wiring ability and mechanical expertise, Kyle and Roy for their Fabrication and design work! You awesome guy's helped make this crazy deal come together. I couldn't have ever done it with out you! I also wanted to thank you all for your relentless patience with this project. I have nothing but the highest regard for the work you all do and the professional way you handle yourselves. Thanks!

Here are the dirty details:

-Lethal Injection Fully built Motor
-Lethal Injection Custom Intake manifold
-Lethal Injection Custom Fuel return system
-Lethal Injection Custom EMS
-Lethal Injection Custom Oil Pan
-Lethal Injection Custom Intercooler piping and exhaust manifold.
-Lethal Injection Exhaust System (Perfect Fitment and a great tone)
-Lethal Injection vac block
-Lethal Injection Custom Spec'd Clutch
-All Stainless vac (-3)lines with AN Fittings (Never gonna get leaks now!)
-Stainless -10An Oil Return Line
-Stainless -6 Fuel feed and return lines
-Poly motor Mounts
-Turbonetics GTK550
-Turbonetics BOV (Godzilraaaa!)
-Turbonetics RG45 Wastegate
-Aromotive FPR
-Quaife LSD
-DriveShaft Shop 1000hp driveshafts
-Wilwood Big Brake kit
-Apexi AVCR boost controller

We are in the process of properly breaking in the motor at this point. We safely tuned the car jusssst a little of wastegate whcich is around 8lbs. Here is the current dyno graph:

http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b321/cowmaster15/revlimitdyno.jpg

We made about 228hp and 196lbs of torque on the shop's Mustang dyno... after the motor is broken in we will see about pushing it up to about 20lbs and see what it does. we've put about 200miles on it already and it pulls like a BEAST! (I will post up videos later. )
Here are a few photos of how it sits right now. (sorry it looks a little dirty, I haven't had time to clean it up ) but more will come! We've got some great plans for this car. it will be subtle and yet VERY aggressive.

I saw his set up and I loved it.

You guys did his A-pillar guages as well or did he supply those?

We have worked on a number of supercharged and turbo scions that have made between 200 to the wheels and 300 to the wheels. I would say you should stay at around 275 hp and 240 lb/ft with a turbo on the stock motor. Let us know if you have any questions about modding your car.

We give military discounts as well and have built A LOT of cars for military personnel while they are away. We pride ourselves in having their cars done when they return.

Yeah, that type of power I'm looking for especially with a stock tranny. I take it as you got my email, lol. :goodjob:
