I have a 1978 Tri Hull with a 50 HP Mercury outboard. Before i go any further, the motor will turn over and has good compression but needs a STATOR. (Not a starter a stator). I had the boat looked at by Bald-Ridge Marina and they said the part is $150 and they can install it for $150, if you cant do it yourself. As far as the boat goes, It is a 1978 Tri Hull, It is 15' long and 5'4" wide. It is 2 toned blue and white with not to old of a paint job. It has electric start, tilt trim, and reverse. It is wired for a fish finder. It has a 36lb Minn Kota trolling motor that is mounted on the rear but can be mounted on the front as well. It has 2 live wells/storage compartments about 8-15 gallons each? It has a pedastol seat in the rear but also has a place to mount one in the front (i havnt put one here because i was going to build benches for seats instead). The trailer is in good condition. The tires have decent tread, the carpet is good and the wood, has all working lights and a good winch, and a 2" hitch ball. This is a good boat and with a little bit of work could make a really nice fish boat or just a family weekender. Also has fairly new carpet.
What it needs--- Stern light( it is already wired for one just need to mount one) Cleats to tie it off to a dock, Hinges on the live wells and of coarse the STATOR!
Also comes with 2 anchors, 2 life vest, a bilge pump, an extra battery, and some rope !
This is a good boat and i still use it to fish just using the trolling motor. If you are inetrested i can put it in the water for you the ramp is 5 mile from the house. It is also easy to load on the trailer!
I hate to sell this because i had intentions of fixing it up more but i have lost my job and no longer have the funds to do so.
