Are you really a pro?

The pics could be better but I don't know if you meant the pro thing or not so I don't know what you want me to say haha.

Lol ok good, I didn't want to look like an idiot telling a pro what he did wrong cause I thought maybe the shooting conditions were so bad that I wouldn't have been able to do better, but the photos did ook like they could use beter metering. I could tell you a few things would have made it better, but it depends on what camera you are using and what setting you are able to change. Nice job though for what seems like beginner photography (I say based on you not posting many pics often on here)

My battery ran low...and i dont have a tripod... how do i get rid of all that light glare? too much exposure?

Glare problems can be best solved by narrower aperture. Your camera already tried to fix it some, the aperture seems decently narrow, that's why the light is star shaped, a point of each star is where 2 aperture blades meet. The best bet would be a good lens hood (or a hand above the lens in baseball cap fashion) and shorter exposure times. A fill flash might have helped a little bit (a weaker-than-usual flash designed not to actually light the shot itself, but match the ambient light in the background to provide an even looking exposure. good luck next time.
