yea i rocked the hat on the shifter 1 time after i bought it at IA, but i dont wear hats! that was the first time my shifter has ever worn a hat.. so countless meets i had a hat on my shifter? I dont kno how that fell in? if i had money and the tranny NEEDED to be done it would be. until then its auto. :goodjob: .....:2cents: thats how i got what u so called "butt hurt." anyways motor should be done today.:ninja:

Naw trust us Charlie leaving the tranny in and messing with a torque converter is not quiet as easy as you may think
I have don e quiet many swaps now and forget doing them like that
Take the whole thing out is the way to go
And yes air tools do make your life much easier

idk bro if we would have removed the torque converter and crank pully from the beginning it would have been alot easier but its all done now its driving great and looks alot better :goodjob:

uhhh i said that from the beginning. take it all out and put it all back in, having a tranny dangling there is just a pain. but im glad you guys got it worked out
