Ls-r Teg sold me a bad tranny

I was out of town so my dad went and picked the 93 gsr tranny up from him for $350. he wanted $450 because he said it was perfect no grinds.

you cant even shift into 3rd basically without it grinding and it grinds 2nd in high rpms almost every time and it will grind 4rth in high rpms often as well. i do not recommend buying anything from him because he flat out lied about the transmission.

i told you i didnt lie to you and offered to pay you back some money and pay for your syncro mesh i got the full b17 swap in a trade and thats what i was told because the guy seemed trust worthy im not a dick man pm me ur number and i will give u some money back

If he offered to fix the problem, why waste time posting this thread up. He seems to be doing the right thing. no need in giving him a bad rep.. Now, if he said oh well and it's your problem now, then that would be a different story. Just my honest opinion on the situation. I don't know either of you. I know him. He is one of my good friends and ive bought things from him before and nothing has ever been wrong with the product. Hes a cool guy and im pretty sure he wouldnt hesitate to help

i didnt even neg rep him so no harm there. it was just a pain in the ass to put the tranny in that i was told was perfect and it be a piece of crap so i was initially pissed thats why i made the thread. but he has offered to help so its all good.

It might behoove you from now on to discuss issues with the pther party before flaming them on a public site.

The world is all about reputation, and you could have as easily ruined ls-r teg's.
