I would image. Just imagine living there though. Oh man waking up at 8am on Sat and hearing a Porsche or Ferrari's engine roaring down the track. I would not mind.

You know it's expensive when they spell Off-road center the "Off-road Centre".
You pay extra for the British accent.

I don't care for the track design. It's no Nurburgring, but it would be bad ass to have that shit here!

Its probably cheaper to buy a timeshare for a car here in Germany and fly in a few times a year to drive the real thing. Tons of people do it.

looks like a fun place, wake up in the morning to the sound of a V10 screaming at 8k, Put your pants on and go down to the car and take it for a couple insane laps, top it out on the air strip then go eat breakfast...wish it was affordable, screw 16k a year. I could save that for a couple years and build me my own race track...hahaha

Fap.
Anyone that's ever stayed at Chateau Elan or other nearby hotels during a Petit Le Mans race knows what it's like to get up in the morning, open the windows and let the sounds of those cars wake you up.... Sex.

You people that say 16K a year for a membership to this place are retarded. Do you realize the amount of money people have who already own a membership? Think about it.
16K to them, is like, $.25 to us. Oh, and 16K for a membership, bought under a COMPANY name is more than worth it. The owner can use it, his employees, their friends, family. All they gotta do is flash "I'm with company X, here's our membership."

Until 1982 the Nurburgring was 4 tracks: Gesamtstrecke, Nordschleife, Sudschleife, & Betonschleife. Now it's only the Nordschleife and GP-Strecke aka Grand Prix or a combination of the two.
