Good verbal and written communications skills required. Must be able to work effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and solve problems in a timely manner. Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and automotive parts knowledge. Must be hands-on and willing to work on vehicles as required doing installations. Dealership or parts counter experience is a plus.
