I'm sure they are.. the only difference i know of was the front ends.

edit: Just found out the drivers door is FUBAr'd.

Yes it will. Front ends only matter 96-98, doesn't matter what civic. They weren't like 92-95's where the sedan was completely different than the 2/3 door civics.
