Could your lights able to adjust levels?

im pretty sure the integra headlights have a self leveling adjuster. just use a phillips screw driver, and look at the leveling guage (its the thing with a glass bar with green fluid, and you see the bubble move up or down)

I know you can use the phillips head, but my lights doesn't move up or down that's why i ask before i buy lol.
